Grab your favorite Wellaby's crackers and enjoy them with a hearty side of guacamole!
For the Wellaby's Chips & Guacamole you will need:
Use a large knife to pulverize the tomato to a pulp on a board, then tip into a bowl.
Halve and stone the avocados (saving a stone) and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh into the bowl with the tomato
Tip all the other ingredients into the bowl, then season with salt and pepper. Use a whisk to roughly mash everything together. If not serving straight away, sit a stone in the guacamole (this helps to stop it going brown), cover with cling film and chill until needed. Scatter with the coriander, if using, then serve with Wellaby's Chips.

Wellaby’s once again took part in the ISM EXPO in Cologne! This year we had the pleasure of introducing our new Simple Bakes with great success! This new and exciting range of great tasting, wholegrain snacks are virtually allergen free and available in Smoky BBQ, Spicy Chilli and Salt & Pepper flavours! See you again next year!

We were delighted to host a group of local students at the factory recently, where we had the opportunity to talk about brand, product and communication. The students loved the new Simple Bakes range and were keen to create some innovative short films to share on social media. Keep an eye open for their work, we’ll be sharing it across our social media too!

We started our family business back in 1994 when our father George Stratakis, first opened his own bakery in Thessaloniki, Greece ‘CIBUS’. This quickly became the largest bakery in Northern Greece, producing a wide range of goods, including 40 different varieties of bread, the traditional Koulouri of Thessaloniki, breadsticks and various cookies and dough products.
Inspired by our father’s work and with his support and expert guidance at hand, in 2006 we decided to start a new business of our own. Wellaby’s was born, with a passion for producing unique, innovative, tasty, gluten free snacks.
Over time, our production centre expanded, driven by our relentless passion to create tasty, unique, innovative, gluten-free snacks and our ongoing research into quality ingredients inspired by our forward-thinking family vision.
Today, in more than 11 countries around the world, the Wellaby's name has become synonymous with providing tasty, quality gluten-free snacks.

Wellaby’s snacks are produced and packaged by its well-trained and dedicated personnel at its purpose-built, 100% gluten-free production unit facility. Wellaby’s thoroughly checks all ingredients to make sure they adhere to its high quality standards and it conducts constant lab tests to ensure that its snacks never become contaminated with unwanted ingredients.
The production process is BRC and ISO22000 certified. Wellaby’s is also proud to have been certified by external partners like the
"Gluten Intolerance Group of North America (GFCO)",

This is only matched by the satisfaction of creating a great team and a great business that will drive the product to be a success.’ In his free time he loves travelling, reading, and contributing in his local NGO that helps improve our local community in Thessaloniki.

Antonis has a long experience managing and running bakery plants. He has been working with the Stratakis family for many years and gladly joined in a new adventure when the Wellaby’s venture started!
Achilleas, a proud father of two, has left a career in basketball to help team Wellaby’s score internationally! We call him a financial wizard, but he insists that numbers don’t lie and adds… ‘the Wellaby’s products just sell themselves, no need for wizzards’!

Alexandros makes sure we always have the material needed to produce tasty snacks! This sometimes is a challenge given the rising demand, but as he says: “It my responsibility to make sure all our warehouse’s activities run smoothly and I love working with the Wellabys team to do just that!’
